The Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and very clean. Everything seemed updated, which was nice. The beds were comfortable, but the balcony was quite dirty—a bit of a bummer since I like to sit outside. Overall, the room was decent, but a good scrub on the patio would make a huge difference.

We had an awesome time enjoying the outdoor pool and the playground with my kiddo. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer for quick laundry. It’s perfectly located for having fun, from skiing to scenic beach days.
My kids wished for a designated kid area free of alcohol. It would definitely make our stay more enjoyable and family-friendly.

Great family space!
We stayed in this huge 2-bedroom suite and it was awesome! Lots of room to chill and a cool balcony for meals. The pool was perfect on a hot day. Only bummer? The staff weren't friendly at all, which was disappointing. The kitchenette was great for making quick meals! Overall, a solid stay with the fam.

I had a really nice time at this hotel, especially enjoying the indoor pool and the comfy, spacious room which made my stay quite relaxing. The indoor pool and garden area were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the food options could be a bit pricier than expected. 😊

missingWrote a review on Feb 25spacious roomconvenient locationfunctional amenitiespoor soundproofing
The Deluxe Queen Room provided ample space for a family, accommodating two queen beds, a fridge, and a microwave. Its convenient location near Blue Mountain made for easy access to outdoor activities, with well-maintained parking around the hotel even in winter.
Soundproofing left much to be desired. noises from the hallway echoed loud enough to disturb sleep. The decor felt outdated, particularly in the kitchenette, which had appliances reminiscent of the ‘80s. Lack of loungers by the pool made it difficult for adults to relax amidst a crowd of children, and the overall humidity of the hallways felt uncomfortable. Outside smoking near the main entrances created an unwelcoming atmosphere despite claims of being a non-smoking property.
